Enjoy a getaway towards Nature in the heights, in contact with a landscape that is a postcard of our highland north, the Parinacota volcano and Chungará Lake.

Withdrawal from the Hotel between 07:00 and 07:30, to begin our Full day tour.

We will take the road that goes to La Paz, passing through the Lluta Valley where we will observe the Geoglyphs of more than 4,000 years old, we will continue on our way to the town of Poconchile where we will visit the Church of San Jerónimo and the town cemetery.

Passing through the Cardones ravine where we will have time to observe the Candelabra Cactus and the Magnetic Zone.

We will continue to the Pucara of Copaquilla viewpoint , a Pre-Inca fortress, we will stop at the Tambo Zapahuira to have a hot drink and have time to acclimatize to the altitude; We will enjoy a Coca tea.

Then we will continue to the Socoroma viewpoint where you can appreciate the Tarapacá volcano . We will continue towards the Cotacotani Lagoons formed several thousand years ago by the eruption of the Parinacota volcano, we will appreciate the Bofedales of the area with its distinctive flora and fauna, we will observe Vicuñas, llamas, Guanacos and Alpacas, in addition to the giant Tagua and Flamingos, we will continue towards Chungara Lake, one of the highest in the world; We will have time to get closer to the shore to take pictures and walk for a moment, observing the imposing Parinacota Volcanoes and its twin the Pomerape , also known as the Payachatas.

We will continue our trip to the town of Parinacota to see its church dedicated to the Virgin of the Nativity, we will also be able to learn about part of the town’s handicrafts sharing with its people their activities and their samples of weaving and spinning of their natural wool.

We will have our Picnic lunch with products from our valleys and as a last place we will visit the Town of Putre, capital of the Province of Parinacota, we will visit its main square, its Church and some old Portals.

After visiting the town we will begin our return to the City of Arica.
