Departure between 08:30 and 09:00 hrs, from Hotel to the Geoglyphs of “Cerro la Isla”, dating from 900 to 1,400 years ago, created by the pre-Hispanic Cultures of the area. Then arrive at the Ghost town and Saltpeter Santiago Humberstone, which was one of the leading production of Nitrate of our history. Humberstone is National Monument and Historic and Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. Tour around the town visiting typical building as Theatre, Hospital, Market, General Store, Tennis Court, and more.
After over one hour of saltpeter tour through its dusty streets, return to Iquique for City Tour visiting the Baquedano Boulevard, the Grotto of Lourdes Church and Peninsula of Cavancha Pier, the Prat Main Square, the Municipal Theater, Prat Pier, the Fisherman’s Cove and the Facade of the Esmeralda Corvette Replica.
Finally, we arrive at Mall ZOFRI (duty free zone) at 2:00 p.m., leaving tourists for lunch (not included), and having an afternoon Free shopping taking advantage of the USD $ 1,218 P / P Franchise, Free of Taxes. Return to Hotel for the benefit of passenger.
