Reception, assistance and transfer from airport to Hotel.
Departure at 8:30 AM from the hotel, crossing the Coastal Range with a complete panoramic view of Iquique and the Pacific Ocean. We then cross the Pampa del Tamarugal and take the road towards the Collahuasi mine, arriving at 11:30 AM at the Huasco Salt Flat (3,900 meters above sea level). Here, you’ll witness its beautiful flora and fauna, landscapes, and geography. Highlights include vizcachas, alpacas, llamas, geese, and pink flamingos, as well as its wetlands and yareta plants. Enjoy a picnic lunch and free time for a walk along the edge of the salt flat for photography, accompanied by a comprehensive presentation on the ecosystem of this nature sanctuary from our tour guide. Return to your hotel in Iquique at 6:00 PM.
An interesting experience awaits you with a visit to the Giant Geoglyph of Atacama (the world’s largest human-figure geoglyph), dating back approximately 700 years. Afterwards, we’ll visit the Tamarugal Reserve for a picnic lunch. Next, we’ll explore the Pintados Geoglyph Park, where you’ll witness its unique dry salt flats and the world’s largest concentration of geoglyphs: over 350 geometric, anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, and geomorphic figures, dating from 900 to 1400 years ago (Pre-Columbian cultures). These figures are displayed on thematic panels on the hills of the Coastal Range. Enjoy a scenic view of the geoglyphs while crossing the dry salt flats amidst this mystical landscape. Arrival in Iquique is at 7:00 PM.

Recommendations:
Bring sunscreen, a hat or cap, sunglasses, a jacket and long pants suitable for the high-altitude cold, hiking or walking shoes, and binoculars.
